Wings of Spirit EMDR SINGLE

Del Hungerford is committed to creating music that enhances cognitive function, heals the emotions, awakens intuition, and engages our senses. Her instrumental music (keyboard and percussion) is designed to touch the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. All music is recorded at the A=432 concert pitch.

EMDR or "bilateral" music is meant to be listened to with head sets or ear buds for the maximum effect.
